The outbreak of COVID-19 has altered our daily lives in unprecedented ways.

We are doing everything we can to preserve the health and safety of our customers and dedicated staff.

We are proud to say that all processing and packing of your orders remain within the time frames we have always promised. Worldwide shipping is still available however, due to flight cancelations your parcel may experience delivery delays after dispatched.  

We ask that you please take the time to read through the EasyShip updates here for the latest delivery advice for your country, before reaching out to us.

Whilst we are more than happy to help you locate your parcel, we are unable to confirm delivery timeframes and this will assist us with keeping all incoming email volumes at a steady level. The majority of parcels will be scanned prior to onboarding a dedicated flight and also when reaching the destination's local delivery area.
