By making better choices when it comes to your food consumption you can substantially improve your overall health and skin appearance. Think high protein, lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and complex carbs! Reduce your intake of processed sugars and packaged foods which can contribute to weight gain and cellulite.
Sleep is one of the most underrated natural remedies. A good night’s sleep will help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce stress and be at your best during the day.
Staying hydrated
